How HANN reviews

A verdict should reveal its evidence.

Every HANN label describes how much access, testing and evidence sits behind a conclusion. We do not call a demonstration a Review.

01

Hands-on

Brief or controlled access, often at an event. HANN may discuss design, interface and early observations, but will not publish a final buying verdict.

Limited access · No final verdict

02

First Look

Meaningful early use with incomplete testing. A First Look states what remains untested and may change after further use.

Early independent use · Testing incomplete

03

Review

The relevant category methodology has been completed. Core claims were tested, evidence was preserved, Malaysian ownership conditions were considered and a buying verdict is supportable.

Method completed · Verdict published

04

Field Test

Extended real-world use centred on ownership, reliability or a defined scenario. Field Tests often continue for 30 days and may update an earlier verdict.

Long-term use · Ownership evidence

05

Comparison

Products are tested under sufficiently comparable conditions against criteria established before the conclusion. Price, configuration and software differences are disclosed.

Controlled criteria · Fair alternatives

06

Malaysian conditions

Where relevant, HANN checks Malaysian pricing, model variants, network compatibility, local feature availability, warranty, service access, heat, humidity, charging infrastructure and real ownership constraints.
